These terms cover your use of the m3stack.com website. They do not govern any project we deliver — engagements are covered by a separate written agreement between M3Stack and the client, and where that agreement conflicts with anything here, the agreement takes precedence.

About this site

m3stack.com is an informational website describing the services M3Stack offers and work it has delivered. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract or a client relationship.

Accuracy

We keep the descriptions on this site accurate and current to the best of our knowledge. Technical descriptions are necessarily simplified summaries of complex systems. Delivery timelines, capabilities and outcomes described here are illustrative of past work and are not a guarantee of results on a future project — those are agreed per engagement in writing.

Client work and confidentiality

Projects described on this site are published either with the client's permission or in a form that does not identify confidential details. We do not publish client data, credentials, source code or system internals.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to M3Stack unless stated otherwise. You may quote or link to this site with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own. Third-party names and logos shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used to describe where our engineers have previously worked or which technologies we build with; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Not affiliated with M5Stack

M3Stack is a software engineering services studio in India. It is unrelated to M5Stack, the Chinese IoT hardware manufacturer, and unrelated to M3 Technology and M3D. If you are looking for hardware or development boards, you are on the wrong site.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, M3Stack is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here. Any liability relating to work we deliver is governed by the contract for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website.
